Brent is the best therapist I've ever had. He's a great listener and shows he has a genuine interest and cares about what I have to say. He's helped me deal with anxieties/fears through guided exposure and meditations. He is very accommodating with my busy schedule allowing for both in person and teletherapy. I don't think I could have got through a lot of the tough times I went through without his help.
