Very courteous staff who seemed like they knew what they were doing, BUT over time, it's not hard to realize they made a lot of mistakes at a PREMIUM price. Prior to signing, they quoted me about $3k to file my tax returns. At the end of the tax year, I received a total of $9k invoices with little explanation about why the extra charges. Worse yet, I received multiple notices from FTB and IRS saying they filed duplicate tax documents, missing documents and wrong figures, resulting in tax owed AND tax refund (net = tax owed).... read more
