"For all we know he is said to be a good doctor. Sadly, after driving an hour for a 5:00pm appointment, we were not allowed to see the doctor. We arrived at 4:10, turned in our paperwork and paid the out-of-pocket appointment fee. At 5:20 we were finally called back, but were told that only I, the patient would be allowed in the exam room.
