I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. HOFFMAN; HE HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR LONGER THAN HE'S BEEN HERE. ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IS SOMETIMES A LONG WAIT TIME. NOT THIS TIME.

I have almost always received the care and respect that I would expect. I have used Providence medical facilities for many years, though I do not have to by any insurance I have carried over the years, because I am comfortable and confident with the various offices I have visited for many reasons. Dr. Brent is my new primary care doctor and based on my first experience with him, I feel that I will be very happy under his care. Dr. Hoffman was personable and took the time to listen to me--much appreciated. My appointment was early (7:25am) yet I waited in the exam room > 30 minutes which seemed...lengthy. (Part of my reason for scheduling an early appointment was the hope that maybe I'd be out in time to get to work on time).
If Dr. Hoffman, the clinic staff and Providence were not only good, but great, I would not use you for me health care. Thank them all for me.
