I received a text reminder for an appointment that is not me. I do not even live within a 4 hour radius of this office. I called to let the office know and the woman who answered was beyond rude. She yelled at me that I would have to call back after 2:00 to change an appointment that there was nothing she could do. I was just trying to let them know they texted the wrong number so they could fix it and contact the actual patient.
