I am an adult and recently got braces, it's something that I have always wanted. It is also pretty painful as an adult but everyone at the office has been making me try get work through the difficulties that I'm experienced. They have been super helpful and patient with me. I also have 3 of my younger boys there getting their phase 1 braces.
He uses cutting edge technology to service patients, is responsive to patient requests, and dedicated to providing excellent service. There is a buzz about this place everytime I visit; the staff is so much fun and seem to be a close group, often singing to the background music, just a happy place and I love it!
Dr. Bankhead and his staff were extremely warm and welcoming at both his Chesterfield and O'Fallon locations that I have been. Dr. Bankhead took time to thoroughly explain the process of getting braces and ensured all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend him if you are considering any orthodontic work. Dr. Brent Bankhead is a superhero to me!! I have had TMJ for many years and when my jaw locked up and I couldn't open my mouth, I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Brent didn't hesitate to put his TMD experience to work. He fitted me with a device that eased the tension in my jaw joint and gave it support to relieve the pressure on my nerves. It took a while but my jaw finally unlocked and is beginning to heal from the trauma. Dr. Brent truly cared how I felt and he wanted to help me. Thanks!

Dr. O is amazing. Spends tons of time talking and genuinely seems to enjoy people. No ego whatsoever. Staff is always so friendly and wait time is usually under five minutes, if that much. My daughter also receives treatment and commented to me how nice they were after our last visit. She was worried they would be upset she didn't remember to use her rubber bands as much but they were very kind and upbeat.
Dr. Bankhead and everyone at the office (including the other Doctors I have seen during my appointments for getting the next set of wires) have been nothing but fantastic. They were professional, courteous and detailed before I started with them and it has continued though every appointment. I am only about 1/4 of the way through my braces, but so far, I have been nothing but thrilled with my investment.
He is always upright and honest. He is always straight to the point.
