I’ve had insurance with them off and on since I was a teenager. They’re the best. Michelle is always kind and friendly. I always know I can call and she’s really the best. It’s mostly because of her I keep coming back and want them for insurance. Thank you Michelle for everything.

State Farm Insurance has jacked up all of the customers insurance premiums. Mine over $100. I got on next door and asked my Salem neighbors. I immediately got 113 angry responses. All 113 got increases. I called State Farm. I am a 53 year customer with car and home insurance. Through them. Senior citizen, no tickets. No wrecks and drive a 20 year old bug. They said they raised everyone's rates. They said we are in an inflation and car repairs cost more so everyone needs to pay more. So...I am paying for others wrecks and tic... read more
