I too had a horrendous experience with Dr. Carter's office manager/wife. I was seeing Dr. Carter for a very painful bunion. The staff obtained my past medical records for their files. I called to follow up for a second appointment and the office manager/wife came to the phone and immediately began speaking to me in a very harsh and nasty tone of voice regarding my records. I have seen several foot doctors over the years; and I can honestly say that Dr. Carter is the absolute best! He took his time to explain in detail what is happening with my foot: and then discussed options. I truly felt like I learned more in my one visit with him than I did in all the years I have been seeing foot doctors. In addition his staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Carter!!
