Read the reviews, I didn't . Based my decision on some personal recommendations that knew Brent locally but not his work. The reviews are right on. He is without doubt the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He came out and gave us a quote right away and then wanted 75% up front. Told us it was a 3-5 day job. It lasted for 5 weeks. Our kitchen was a mess for days and we had no water from three faucets for 10 days. He constantly had an excuse or blamed his crew. I would not recommend him for services. He is not reliable and the work that his company does is horrible!! This company installed granite countertops and there were scratches and chips all over the granite. Additionally, looks like he used several left over pieces from granite that he used in other jobs and we got the short end of the stick! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR E-V-E-R-! – I just wish I would have done a little more homework on this guy....he is a total CROOK, there is not an honest bone in his body. I CAN NOT believe he is still in business. I don't typically write "reviews" but I just can't let this go...people need to know BEFORE they end up getting screwed like we did. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, UNQUALIFIED to do any type of work. BEWARE....smooth talker but doesn't have a clue of what he's doing.

Absolutley DO NOT do business with HIM!!!!!!!! – Terrible! Rips off active duty military. Totally unprofessional and refused to pay nearly 11K debt to active duty military member. This fellow is a con artist/shyster. Absolutely DO NOT recommend using him for flooring or counters. Overall COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY! Military contractors/Gov't service DO NOT use BB Enterprises. Personal consumers DO NOT use BB Enterprises. Absolutely DO NOT use, unprofessional. & completely unreliable!

Horrible service guaranteed – I have never seen such a joke of a company!! The granite job was subpar and the upfront payment is scary... Steer clear from this company and invest in a bigger outfit with workers that last.. Mr. Beicker could not keep promises on dates, times and everything else you can imagine....

The Worst – Doh! If only I had looked here first. Well hopefully I can save someone esle the misfortune of dealing w/ Mr. Beicker. Price was OK but the job took way longer than he said it would - OK, I can deal w/ that but his "crew (he was never on site)," chipped up my kitchen. Nothing horrible but then they didn't even put the sink in the right way. I should at least be grateful that his very poor performance convinced me I couldn't do much worse tiling my own floor. Worst Experience EVER – One star may be too much. Quoted me for a 3 day job to install wood laminate flooring. We are now at one month and still not finished. Not to mention the job that's been completed so far is about a D- in quality. The workers show up around 10:30 or noon and leave anywhere between 2pm and 4:30pm. I could go on, but I'd rather keep my emotions from raring up again. Terrible job...and the worst part is, they're not finished! Ugh.
