Mr. Ballard sold my brother's home in 3 days for more than the asking price. When we needed to move our mother into a nursing home, he sold her house in ONE DAY for more than the asking price. He met with us, professionally demonstrated how he would list the property, and we emptied it and cleaned it up and the results speak for themselves.
