7 years ago, Breno Roofing installed my roof. Recently, I had requested a service call and they came back to inspect the roof and check for any damage caused by animals. They offered me a very fair price for the repairs, and on top of that they completely inspected the entire roof free of charge. They went through everything carefully and added caulking wherever it was needed. In my opinion, roof maintenance is very important – just like regular car servicing. They're extremely difficult to get a hold of, don't honour their warranty, and are rude. They don't stand by the quality of their workmanship. Go with another company or you'll be SOL the second something goes wrong. --- We recently moved into a house that had the roof redone ~8 years ago by Breno. When our kitchen ceiling started to leak, we found out that it was from no longer in use HVAC ductwork for venting the furnace out via the roof.
