I had the worst customer experience at Brenner Nissan. I came in looking to buy a new car, preferably an SUV and was treated so unprofessionally. What saddens me the most is that I have bought 3 cars from Brenner Nissan in the past and even had the maintenance done on my car here regularly. Purchased a vehicle on Sept 18 2017 with a 10 payoff for my trade towards new car. New Financial institution (FI) verified money disbursed on Sept 22. 2017. Old FI that has original loan verified no money received as of OCT 5 2017. Next step will be PA AG office of consumer complaints on Monday OCT 9 2017. Also have had no response when inquiring. Being told it is in process.
