We love Dr. Austin she is absolutely amazing, very grateful to have her as my kids doctor. Her staff is absolutely wonderful as well. We have been coming here for about 20 years oldest to youngest.

I'm only giving three stars because I absolutely love Dr. Austin. She's truly wonderful and I was so beyond excited that she was going to be my second son's doctor but unfortunately she has terrible staff. Lack of communication that the office fails to keep between patients and doctors is unacceptable. Instead, the office staff are gossipping and just waiting for the next call. I was only going to stay for Dr.Austin, but we don't get to see her often, so I'm switching offices. It's sad because she was my oldest son's doctor ... read more
Dr. Austin is never available for sick visits and office looks empty all the time. I have dealt with very busy offices, myself being in the medical field. Coming from a very busy city I have never seen or heard the excuses I hear from this office. Unfortunately, there are no pediatricians in this area that are as close.
