Very bad service!!!! I’m a manager at a clinic and I would never treat my patients with bad attitude. “Laughing at patients” Front staff (manager) katie & britney very unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! If i could i would give no starts at all!!!! Need to work with handling good patients care!!!!

QUALITY CARE
This was the worst healthcare experience I've had in a long time. I was referred here for a heart monitor exam. Making an appointment was hard for me because I live on the westside of Santa Cruz without a car (2 hr. bus ride each way), but finally I was able to use my partner's car last week. I also work a 9-5, adding to the difficulty of taking time to go all the way to Watsonville and back. Its so so. Sometimes you get in right away other times the wait is a pain in the butt. Another thing that’s a bit frustrating is one time the doctor was sick and didn’t come into work on the day I had an appt., and instead of calling me to reschedule, they waited until I showed up to tell me.
