Mr. Brenny rented to me when I was facing being homeless in a short time span. I have always enjoyed living in his house with several units. I had bad credit at the time he first signed lease with me. He gave me a chance anyway. I will never forget that. Yard is beautiful, and house repainted beautifully this summer. He truly goes out of his way to help his tenants and is very understanding, respectful, and approachable. I rented from Brenneman a few years back, on Kingston Ave in Dilworth. It was a genuinely HORRIBLE experience. Where to begin… the home didn’t have central heat, so he provided one tiny space heater. My apartment in the winter was consistently freezing. When questioning him on this, he did nothing to fix the problem. I was consistently sick because of this.
