I rented from Brenneman a few years back, on Kingston Ave in Dilworth. It was a genuinely HORRIBLE experience. Where to begin… the home didn’t have central heat, so he provided one tiny space heater. My apartment in the winter was consistently freezing. When questioning him on this, he did nothing to fix the problem. I was consistently sick because of this.
