Brennan's lost our Prom flower order. We order flowers by phone earlier in the week. Went to p/u flowers for Prom night. The clerk replied there is no phone order in our computer system so there is no record of a phone order. Put another order in, only had a few hours before Prom. We asked for a discount, clerk said she would give me one but had to ask owner first.
