Very bad experience taking my vehicle for some technical issues at Brennans Dixie Chrysler. The technician had no idea of what he did to my vehicle, created 2 more technical problems and handed over the unsafe vehicle to me. Very unprofessional and dishonest serving people. After trying fixing the power seat issue unprofessionally( drilled hole in trim and bring out jump wire) and creating other 2 faults they simply told me that they were not supposed to touch this vehicle as the vehicle is modified for wheelchair accessible... read more

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE:— I bought a brand-new 2023 Dodge Charger GT in June 2023. One week after purchasing, I started hearing a noise from the dashboard. DISGUSTING I'm not sure how a dealership like this could lie so much and get away with it. Brought my truck in 2 years ago 2022 because the truck would shut down while I was driving. Raymond at the service desk said it was a fuel pump and it needed to be replaced. I said go ahead if you know that it will fix the problem. $2500 later fixed that and picked up my truck only for it to shut down on me again couple of days later.
