Horrible service with the lady name Joelee one of the rudest lady I ever talked. She should have at least respected me as a customer… So I had to take my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend! Great flooring options, GREAT pricing but by far the best part is their customer service! Hands down, the BEST flooring company to work with!!!
Very disappointing experience. They smoked pot and cigarettes close to my door so the stench invaded my home, did not complete job in the time agreed upon, delayed finish for over a week, and only offered a small discount after several requests from me to do so. I would not recommend their overpriced/under-delivered service.
Had carpet installed back in 2020 I think. Came in twice to have an area looked at. Kept telling me your on our list. To this day, they never showed up. Great carpet. Terrible customer service.
