They met us right away. Asked what we wanted. Did we need time to look around first? I was with my visually impaired friend. They made every effort to illuminate the carpet and other flooring so she could see very helpful people. No complaints ever

Horrible service with the lady name Joelee one of the rudest lady I ever talked. She should have at least respected me as a customer… So I had to take my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend! Great flooring options, GREAT pricing but by far the best part is their customer service! Hands down, the BEST flooring company to work with!!!
Very disappointing experience. They smoked pot and cigarettes close to my door so the stench invaded my home, did not complete job in the time agreed upon, delayed finish for over a week, and only offered a small discount after several requests from me to do so. I would not recommend their overpriced/under-delivered service.
