Katriona used her market knowledge, savvy and hard work on our behalf when we were interested in purchasing a home. We underwent the bidding process on a couple of locations but ultimately decided to renovate our current home and rent. Katriona represented us in buying a Brooklyn Co-Op unit. Katriona has an excellent sense of the market and detailed knowledge of the various Brooklyn neighborhoods. She was critical in seeing us through the Co-Op application process. Katriona is very responsive and easy to work with. She understood our budget and purpose and helped us find perfect place for our specific needs. Katriona knows a great deal about the local area - shops, restaurants, transport, markets, etc.,. and is always very responsive and available to talk. She has a low key way about her, which I appreciated a lot - no hard sell, but a nice, elegant presence.
