Please do not rent with Brennan. Just trust the other reviews, they are accurate. This place will not treat you well and I know several people that'd say the same. I'd personally recommend Welcome Home Property Management, they've been super nice to me so far, and I've heard pretty good things about Kick Asset. Just please, anywhere but Brennan.
Now that I’m officially done with all of my obligations towards this company I want to give new people or students moving to Moscow a heads up about this apartment complex company. Freshmen students and lower income families whatever you do, do NOT lease through Brennan properties. Our experience was horrific. Looks like they've only gone downhill from the time I was a tenant in 2014-2015. They were a nightmare, and I went through the process of filing for small claims, which they counter-sued. After mediation, which was piss poor and with which they showed up with a different security deposit accounting (already a major RED FLAG), we went in front of a judge for 3 hours, which still resulted in the forfeiture of our security deposit.
