Unfortunate having to write this, spent a little over 600 dollars to Have some parts replaced and leaks repaired. Everything went good until 3 days after the parts were replaced, after that there were a couple leaks noted coming from the new part, it was under warranty. Called Brennan pool care to notify them that it was leaking, I was informed that he would be out on a Thursday, was a no call no show. Daniel was awesome! He was polite, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the filter and suggested other ways to take care of my pool - without trying to oversell anything, and even showed me some things I could do myself. He gave plenty of options on fixing my saltwater chlorinator and water leveler, without creating fear or urgency to do it right now (that sinking feeling of "oh-no") - which I have experienced from other Pool companies. Daniel went above and beyond with his service, LOVE the outcome. Fairly priced, quick, friendly, the service was just outstanding!
Absolutely phenomenal! They responded to our initial inquiry on their website within an hour and were at our house the next day. Daniel educated us about our pool and gave us recommendations on every aspect of our setup from the pump, to the water feature, and to the pool itself. We never felt at any point that they were trying to take advantage of us or overcharge us for the work being done. They went above and beyond to help us and they'll be our first call if we have any other issues.
Brennan pool care was super professional. They are very affordable, he came out and did exactly what he said he would do to fix are pool!They have a lot more knowledge than most companies I’ve used prior to this. I highly recommend him for any pool issues you may have!!
