The tech who came to service our furnace and A/C unit was efficient, explained everything clearly, and made sure that everything was clear before leaving. The Brennan team have been very easy to work with and I look forward to partnering with them for my future furnace and A/C needs!
The service engineer (Ibs) was polite, friendly, respectful, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended! We had a couple of minor admin issues after the maintenance visit, but these were handled excellently by Desiree. Very happy with everything.
We have had multiple great experiences with Brennan Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electric. Our outstanding experience started right at the beginning with the Salesperson, Adam Giesler, who sold us our Generac and guided us through the whole process. Adam then went above and beyond and provided extraordinary customer service when he helped us out after the severe windstorm in February 2025 knocked out power for days.
