I was very pleased with the service I received. They were very prompt, friendly and explained what was needed and what they did. I was very impressed that everytime they left the house and came back in they covered their shoes to protect my floor.
I had a cracked heat exchanger that was still under warranty. I found out that the replacement is a big job and the installation fee could run up to $2500, depending on the complexity. Senior technician, Sean, worked efficiently, though, and the job was completed in under 4 hours with no issues, so it cost around $1226 with tax. Sean was kind, respectful, and explained the situation and what to expect going forward. Great cleanup, too.
