I just purchased a new mini split unit from Brennan and they were great! The installers were knowledgable and skilled. Very kind and even took time to talk with my curious 2 year old little boy. (He still talks about the heat pump guys) The installation went great and the unit worked great. As with any new piece of tech I had to touch the remote and mess with setting. The install was in Oct. Trust worthy – I left my home and asked them to complete their work before I come back and believe me they did their job perfectly and on time
Questionable Advertising – While Brennan's service is adequate, I think we need to hold businesses accountable for the people they pay to endorse them. I hear the radio ad for this business on KIRO today, during host Dori Monson's show. Monson's blog headline reads, "Is there a link between race and intelligence?" This type of 'topic' appears there almost every day. Monson then reads the Brennan ad. Do they even realize what they are paying for?

How is this comment meant to help consumers judge work performed by Brennan Heating as a hvac contractor? If you want to complain about Dori Monson's show, please do so somewhere else. I see no complaints by you for Farmers Insurance or Beacon Plumbing who also are advertised on his show.
Happy With Hardware and Installation, but... – Ben in sales was great. No pressure and pragmatic. They also threw in a duct cleaning. Brennan was able to install the very next day. Because of that we ended up getting a high level furnace from Brennan that works great. Install went smoothly on the day of and the techs were good installers and nice guys. The negatives? The city inspector came in later and found a gas junction fixture that was not included and a wall of insulation next to the furnace that they exposed that shou... read more
Conflicted – The install crew left a freezer unplugged. This went unnoticed for four days. Thank goodness my 1/4 steer was not damaged, but everything else has frost on it and will suffer in terms of flavor. This is a nuisance and should have been made up for by the company. Instead, the woman who took my call merely said she would "mention it" to the crew. Hardly satisfying to the customer. Brennan Went Above and Beyond – My wife and I just had our old oil furnaces replaced with gas furnaces. We were thinking of having the work done by Brennan because I?d read and heard good things about your company from a variety of sources.
