John did an exceptional job with my son's disability. He gave us great advise 10 years ago when my son was 15 and he was still there to support us when it came time to file. He was helpful and provided updates throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I was involved in an accident awhile back that involved a bus. I was told by a couple people to see Troy and I heard good things about him. I laid out everything about what happened and he assured me that he'll take the case and with what I provided, we would be solid. I was walking across the street when I was hit by a car. I ended up calling a local attorney that was well known for winning cases and had billboards all over town. It became clear the case would need to be transferred to Wichita Kansas, that’s when they handed the case to Mr. Troy Gott. The young lawyer in Florida who originally handled the case sent a half page of erroneous information. Extremely rude, ableist, and abusive on the phone. Ignores calls. Edit in response to the unprofessional and false statements in response to my completely truthful review: instead of apologizing and showing professionalism and respect, you make false accusations. I was talked at and hung up on when I was about to ask for a referral. Unless you edit your reply to be respectful I am contacting a legal malpractice attorney. Also Parmele was respectful towards me.
I have used Troy got on a few occasions and each instance he has exceeded my expectations. Both cases were resolved in my favor. The last case he ended up getting 10 times the policy limits on my case. Hopefully I will never need another attorney but if I do I will call Troy got immediately.
