John did an exceptional job with my son's disability. He gave us great advise 10 years ago when my son was 15 and he was still there to support us when it came time to file. He was helpful and provided updates throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I was walking across the street when I was hit by a car. I ended up calling a local attorney that was well known for winning cases and had billboards all over town. I was involved in an accident awhile back that involved a bus. I was told by a couple people to see Troy and I heard good things about him. I laid out everything about what happened and he assured me that he'll take the case and with what I provided, we would be solid. He let me know early on, that I would need to be patient and to let him work and he'll take care of the rest. Extremely rude, ableist, and abusive on the phone. Ignores calls. Edit in response to the unprofessional and false statements in response to my completely truthful review: instead of apologizing and showing professionalism and respect, you make false accusations. I was talked at and hung up on when I was about to ask for a referral. Unless you edit your reply to be respectful I am contacting a legal malpractice attorney. Also Parmele was respectful towards me.
