He is an excellent contractor. Always available when we have issues at home. He always arrives quickly when we call him for help. I have shared his name with other neighbors.
When I turned on my ac today, the temperature was 100 degrees outside, the unit was dead. No activity! I called Brennan Cooling and Heating. They did not know me, and I did not know them. Tim Brennan C&H installed ductless A/C units in 2013. Tim and his team did outstanding work then, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Just recently 2016 had a power surge to one of the compressors, Tim came out, replaced the fuse box to the compressor. Once again outstanding work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Brennan H&C.
