Brennan Homes made the build experience easy for us. Especially not having to find/shop for subcontractors for each and every installation item. None of that. The design team at their Expressions Studio removed the guesswork. Communications through the months long build went very smoothly. The project manager said the employees were well taken care of during the Covid lockdown (that was also important to know). Fast forward to the punch list for the one year warranty. We purchased a patio home from Brennan Homes. All went well during the building process. After purchasing our home we began to see cracks in the walks, bathroom shower installation issues and ceramic tile cracking. We contacted the builder and were informed that we had to wait until the one year warranty time for repairs to be made. At the one year warranty time we turned in our list. Worst builder in the area. As soon as closing is done, they don’t care. Though they give one year warranty, they don’t take care of things. Even though over emails they say that they will take care part of warranty but they won’t. THEY ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUILDER AT ALL. I had multiple issues with their house and they said that they will take care part of warranty and later denied fixing it. I moved during winter and could not check/see lawn due to snow. We are highly satisfied with Brennan Builders. They exceeded our expectations with respect to their attention to detail and work ethic. Their recommendations were spot on and we are glad that we had them guide us through the home building process. We purchased a new carriage home from Brennan Builders. This is our 4th new home and was by far the one with the least amount of issues as well as being the best built home by far! From the initial viewing and meeting with Brennan Builders through closing and the one year review, we can not be happier.

Brennan Builders met or exceeded all of our expectations when we bought our new home. The quality of construction is top-notch. We purchased a basic model with only a few upgrades. What Brennan offers as a basic model far outdistances the upgraded models of other builders at a lower cost. The highlight of dealing with Brennan Builders is the customer service. I would highly recommend Brennan Builders. Their service, professionalism, and experience is outstanding. They build a quality product. Mr. Brennan listened to our needs and wants for the house, as there were a few changes I wanted. Our floor plan reflects this. His vast building experience made it easy.
