They keep going up on the rent and mice and rats running through the apartments which I’m terrified of and causes me to get know sleep. No up to date appliances. They never replace anything; they always just patching things up. There are some spotless clean tenants in this building like myself and it don’t even matter still thousand of mice and rats. I’m tired. I’m calling the health department. Economy so high, you can’t even move.
RENTERS BEWARE SLUMLORDS. PLEASE WALKTHROUGH BEFORE SIGNING LEASE AND HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE PPL THAT ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL DOING BUTCH JOBS ON APARTMENT. THEY DON'T REPLACE APPLIANCE WITH NEW UNITS IF NOT WORKING. THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH GETTING MONEY. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. BUILDING IS NOT KEPT UP GOOD VERY DIRTY.
