We first met Brendan in 2020 with the purchase of our first condominium in Toronto. Real estate agents are NOT created equally. I’ve worked with several agents in the past and none have found the perfect balance of industry expertise with client care quite like Brendon has. Purchasing or selling a home is an intensely stressful time and you’re putting a lot of trust into a person to guide you through the process and advocate on your behalf. I wanted to sell a smaller condo unit in a not so ideal selling environment when I was referred to Brendon and his team. I must say, Brendon came with a glowing referral and track record but I will admit that what he accomplished here exceeded my expectation.
