Dr. Brendese seems to be a very knowledgeable, professional physician. Thus far, I am pleased with the treatment I receive from him. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the staff. They take days to return calls don't understand the original message left. If they would spend a few more $ to get voice mail for the nurse rather than having nonclinical staff take messages, they could eliminate a lot of unnecessary calls for clarification and also respond more quickly to patient questions and issues.
