We are so fortunate to have a health food store right here in Rome. Brenda and her staff are always so accommodating and helpful, not to mention they have the best cafe foods...everything from chipotle black bean burgers, organic salads, homemade soups, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, homemade paleo cookies, pastries, half moons, kombucha and more. Thanks for always special ordering things for me, Brenda!
When we first moved to Rome and were checking things out, I found this store. I have to tell you this is a terrific place! The food in the Café is great as well as inexpensive. They even have gluten free cupcakes and cakes you can order. Which by the way are just fabulous! Brenda is such a nice lady too!

Friends and I get together on Thursday evenings at Brenda's for a light supper and knitting in the cafe. Brenda has welcomed our little group with enthusiasm. While there, I usually buy my organic veg for the following week. Brenda's Cafe offers a good selection of entrees for folks like me who have a few dietary restrictions. These aren't just "bark and twigs" alternatives. This is real food, done well.
