Very unprofessional. I ordered an XL bouquet and vase through 1800Flowers. They contract with Brenda's to make and deliver flowers. The bouquet that was delivered, that I ordered through 1800flowers, was half the size that I paid for. I contacted 1800flowers to complain that my $100 flower arrangement looked like $40 worth of flowers. They assured me it would be corrected. We live out of town and were not able to attend a funeral. I called Brenda's Flowers and she was super helpful, kind and so sweet! She text me pictures of what they had and let me do it over the phone. I highly recommend them and will use them again for sure! Thank you!
My husband recently passed and a family member from a distance away sent a plant to the funeral home a day before the funeral. On the day when I arrived, I was shocked to see the most sorry looking offering. The plant was on its way to death. There were a few also past their prime carnations stuck in there as well. Several of the carnations had broken stems that they supported with floral wire. Not all the stems had wire so I know it was done to disguise the broken stems. I was so disgusted. Brenda's has the freshest, most vibrant flowers around! Her bouquets are always beautiful and perfectly matched color schemes. The flowers and items in the shop are reasonably priced, and it's nice that she carries such a variety of non flower options. They have always been able to accommodate my request, even in a short time frame.
Beautiful flowers and seems to always deliver on time.
