Brenda's florist states that they guarantee their service. I placed an online order and requested a very specific delivery date a few days in the future. The order was delivered four days early. I was very unhappy with this service and emailed them to get an explanation as to why they didn't follow their own order confirmation. I was never answered even after several follow-up emails. I will never use Brenda's Florist again.

Wow, what horrible service! I'm surprised they're still in business. When we placed the order, the ladies were very unhelpful and rude-like we were putting them out by bringing them business. The flowers were not ready when we went to pick them up (pre-paid of course) and they had no record of the order. They haphazardly filled the order with flowers that were dried out and already wilting.
