After signing up for a Chase account, my partner and I were recommended by our account manager to reach out to Brendan for our upcoming home loan. The process was slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional. He never responded in a timely manner on something where obviously time is of the essence. Chase does offer a .5% discount for certain clients but were able to secure a loan quickly and seamlessly with another loan servicer at the same rate and closed on our house last week.
