Renting in NYC is not easy, but thankfully there are people like Brendan D'Orsay. He is easy to work with, up to date with market trends, and maintains steadiness and confidence in what could otherwise be a rocky process for many people. A friend introduced us to Brendan shortly after we moved here and were having some difficulties with our apartment search. He seemed to really listen to what our needs were instead of shoving a bunch of apartments at us. We still keep in touch and I can't recommend him highly enough.
