Brendan is fantastic! We would recommend him to anyone and everyone! We were first-time home buyers and Brendan was an incredible help. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable in real estate and homes in general, and patient- when hearing we were first-timers, he immediately said “we need to look at A LOT of houses” instead of taking advantage of our inexperience and trying to get us to quickly buy. Brendan is both knowledgeable and helpful. With his advice and support, we sold our house within a month, even in a downward turned market. He was spot on about our house's value and walked us through the process accurately and professionally. I'm glad we chose him to represent our house sale!

We had such a great experience working with Brendan! From start to finish, he was incredibly easy to work with, had amazing and prompt communication, and kept us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond by handling so many details for us, which made the entire process so much less stressful. We cannot recommend Brendan enough!

Brendan was amazing from start to finish! So glad we reached out to him. He was always super fast to respond and answer our questions as well as providing us updates quickly. Our sale was a smaller condo sale and we felt like we were given the same exact treatment as if we were selling a larger property. Photos of our place turned out amazing. Highly recommend!
