I meant to leave this review so long ago! But I love her work and she is esepcially careful with AA skin. I never had significant swelling like I did with a couple of very popular electrolgists the the Atlanta area. I highly recommend her!
I was not pleased with my service with Ms. Brenda. She is a nice lady but she work very slowly. I paid her $55 for a 30 minute service which she left a lot of hair on my chin. She should have told me before she started that she wasn't going to be able to complete in the time frame. I had to pay another company the next day to do my chin. I canceled all future appointments and I will Never go back.
This review is long overdue! Brenda treated me for close to a year, due to me serious case. My chin and neck hair had me miserable! To make matters worse, I had significant ingrown hairs that came from years of tweezing.The first several sessions, my skin wept alot. She was very thorough about what my experiences would be. My experience with Brenda was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a serial procedure. Going into electrolysis, I didn't know what to expect—Brenda was quick to dispel any doubts and fears by way of a careful, thorough explanation of the process on both a scientific and experiential level.
