Dr. Ringel is compassionate and supportive.
AWFUL! DO NOT GO I was charged two no show fees for appointments I rescheduled days in advance or that never existed at all! When I kept calling multiple times to follow up on the charges the "accountant" refused to help me and kept saying I owed it........how can I owe something that never existed!? I now have a collections on my credit report and no way to fight it. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FOR "MISSING" APPOINTMENTS THAT NEVER EXISTED. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO MAKE MONEY
I am in the mental health field myself and hope my thoughts and personal experience may be helpful to others. I find Dr. Brenda Ringle to be the calm in the storm. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has helped me enormously. I have also had the pleasure of referring many people to Dr. Ringle and their feedback has been equally positive. Brenda ringel review If I could give zero stars I would. It was the RECEPTIONIST. She told me I sounded young and then asked me age.??? Who does that?? NEVER ask a woman her age especially if that was not my question in the first place. Come on lady! All I asked was if she was seeing new patients.
