Avoid Brenda at all costs. She is by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I had never dealt with her before the incident, yet she mistakenly installed a lockbox on my own house in SE Palm Bay. When I came outside and asked who she was, she refused to identify herself and even called me her tenant. Very professional and timely
Brenda Muh is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I loved the property, but she is no one that I would want to be involved with when choosing a place to call home. I have seen other reviews about Brenda and they are spot on with my experience. Hopefully others don’t have to deal with her nasty, bad attitude. If zero stars could’ve been given, I would have.
If I could give her negative stars, I would. She was rude, unprofessional, and honestly not all there. I called to inquire about a 5 bedroom home and the first question she asks me is how many people we are and if we are all family. I tell her it’s 6 of us, and we are all family, I explain to her that it’s my fiancé and I, my parents, my aunt and my grandfather. And she proceeds to say “I don’t consider that a family” ??????
