BEWARE! Let me start off by stating my family has bought and sold numerous houses over a decade because of my fathers job so we are no dummies to how real estate works. Josh came to my house and gave me his marketing plan. I was happy with the number and comfortable moving on to buy my next house based on his guarantee. I asked for a copy of the contract a week after he came by and I received no response form his entire team. a month later I caught his secretary and he said that my listing was no longer wanted. His plan is a bait and switch hoax. He obviously never intends on buying a house, his guarantee is worth less than the paper it's written on. He runs at the very first question regar... read more

In response to the negative review of Josh Hisaw's responsiveness. This sounds like it must have been a short sales listing. Those houses can take 6 months or more to sell. When trying to buy a bank owned property, patience is required. Josh was my realtor 2 years ago & he was great to work with. Everyone I have referred to him have been beyond pleased with him and his team. He sold my friends house in 3 days for 2k over listed price. He is an expert in the Greater Memphis Area. I attempted to buy a house listed by Joshua Hisaw at Keller Williams. His responsiveness is absolutely horrible. He never answered any phone calls from my agent or returned a phone call. He occasionally respond via text or email several days or weeks after my agent contacted him. He obviously is not very interested in providing good customer service.
