I received paper copies of my medical records from Brenda Rice with falsified information. She either downplayed or claimed I denied most of the problems that I have experienced. I’d encourage anyone who sees her to request their own records and make sure she’s not lying on yours too.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I came to Dr Rice for some help after my second surgery caused by endometriosis. I have servere pain in pelvic area and sciatic nerve pain that shoots down left leg when cramping starts. Very painful and missed over a year of work and now I'm losing time with children because of the ongoing pain. I felt like no one understood me at all at Dr. Rice's office.
