It's sad you have to give a star to give a review. Because this office doesn't deserve one star. I have giving them several times to improve, but they keep getting worse. My insurance requires a referral to a specialist. Pay 200$ plus to get a referral to a kidney specialist. Waited 2 weeks called they said they had faxed the paper work. Called the specialist and they haven't received anything. Ask if they could refax paperwork they said sure. Another week passes. Nothing. In a world of technology, they really try their best to make it work with all that paper..... the staff is very nice. The lady who calls about the lab work is very nice and tries to get all the answers for your questions. The front desk lady is sweet too.... hold time is long but they are caring individuals with alot on their plates. If they had a computer system I think it might run smoother. Overall I like the place.
