its been issue after issue prescriptions not called in long waits never pick up the phone CVS said they been calling for weeks with no reply every time I try to leave they go in a change me back the nurse staff has been so nasty to me in the past then waited 4 hrs for a check up I'm going to change this time for real
It's sad when you have to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. I could understand if it was just one time but this is multiple times now. Also, they rarely follow up with things needed over the phone.
I love the Doctor's office and I love my doctor She is sweet. In the nurses, it's really nice. Aint friendly and friendly.
Let’s be real. This place is a joke. Do not trust these guys with your health. If you take your health serious, stay away from here.
It's sad you have to give a star to give a review. Because this office doesn't deserve one star. I have giving them several times to improve, but they keep getting worse. My insurance requires a referral to a specialist. Pay 200$ plus to get a referral to a kidney specialist. Waited 2 weeks called they said they had faxed the paper work. Called the specialist and they haven't received anything. Ask if they could refax paperwork they said sure. Another week passes. Nothing.
