horrible experience. not trained personel they confirm the insurance is accepted, schedule the appointment, information from insurance is sent so it can be confirmed, and after all is good and appointment is confirmed, we had to wait for 2 weeks for it. Today, it was the time for the appointment we went in for them to say they needed a deposit done before the appointment, which makes no sense.
