Dr. Hampton is the most thorough doctor I have ever gone to. She takes time to listen to you and does a great job finding out what is going on when you have medical issues that need to be addressed. She is the doctor for my entire immediate family, and is also the main doctor for a large percentage of my extended family. We all feel the exact same way about her. She is best doctor I have ever been too! She takes time, listens to your concerns and very knowlwdgible.
Dr Hampton has been our family doctor for about 11 years. The thing I like best about her is that she makes us feel comfortable. She is also very conscious about costs and helping to find ways to afford and navigate our health care system.
Experience has ALWAYS been excellent over the past 15+ years! Dr. Brenda Hampton has a compassionate heart rarely observed in most docs today. I read the negative reviews on this page and clearly know without a doubt their "rants" are questionable. I just had to speak up! Dr. Hampton is very professional and kind. Short wait time and excellent medical care.
I had been going to dr. Hampton for many years, but have discontinued receiving care from her dur to unprofessionalism and lack of care. She has failed to help or diagnose health issues properly which was the egregious action that prompted me to leave her office. Despite scheduling appointment times, I always have had to wait about 50 mins in the waiting room and then an additional 50 mins or more in the patient room while she spends more time chatting instead of being a doctor and helping pts.
This is the worst patient experience I've ever had. I was left in an exam room alone for 62 minutes without an update. Was given a diagnosis over the phone that the nurse couldn't pronounce, so she gave up and spelled the disease name. Whiffed my XRay and MRI requests by requesting both at the same time. And refused to refill my prescriptions without an appointment right before vacation. the staff is incompetent and won't let you speak to the doctor, ever. Must make an appt. BEWARE
Love her!???? I have been going to Dr. Hampton since 2007. She's very patient, thorough etc. I appreciate the time she takes to listen like I'm the only patient at the time. Keep up the great work!!!!
Dr. Hampton really takes the time to listen to her patients. I have been her patient for 12 years. Even though she is in Garland and I’m in Rockwall; the care she provides is worth the drive.
