My name is PAULA L. & I had an appointment with Dr. Agarwal on Tuesday 6/16/2026 @ 9:00AM at the LEANDER, TX WELLMED ON CRYSTAL FALLS. I do not have an issue with the Dr. On my way out, I stopped at the front desk to make a 3 mo. follow up appointment. DANIELLA (spelling?) was the ONLY PERSON @ THE DESK AND THERE WERE N O T ANY OTHER PATIENTS WAITING IN LINE. Ever since WellMed (big corporation) bought out Family Medicine of Cleburne, their customer service has been in the toilet. It takes up to two months to get an appointment with a PA and even longer to see an actual doctor. They also have a very high turnover with their doctors, so it is virtually impossible to see the same doctor twice or stay with the same PCP for more than a year. Their referral department seems to be chronically understaffed, because they constantly fail to process referrals in a a timely manner.
I had an appointment about 8-9 months ago. All went well till the end... I was literally told that I did not owe a deductible when I went to ask how much I needed to pay for my visit. Come to find out now they have sent an invoice to collections of $50 which is my standard deductible.... if you had told me that I needed to pay the $50 I would had been more than happy to do so the day of my appointment. But since you failed to let me know that I owed the $50 you have sent my bill to collections which I have already paid since... read more
I have always had a great experience with this office. The ladies at the front desk, the nurses, the PA, and doctors have all been so wonderful, thorough and patient with me. Specifically, Morgan and her team.
I can't praise Heather Boyd enough. She's been amazing for two decades. HOWEVER, reception on the phone and in person is deplorable. The lady is short in responses, demeaning and has no time for who she is helping. She's been there for a while and I can't, for the life of me, understand why no one has said anything to her.
Dr. Majeed and his staff are very friendly and on their game!
Today I had a tele meeting and the dr. Tht was o. Shift dr. Patel was late coming to the patient portal. One the app dnt work Two my grand father is 8r years old ,they should do the app in visit so it's understood first before sending it home with the PT. 3 I talked to 6 ppl tht couldn't not help me get on the site let alone get the Dr. 4 this show me he is over worked or over booked. 5 we as pt have things to do and hv our own lives if the appointment is at 2 than see the pt at 2! I have a great doctor here but, generally speaking, I would not recommend this place because getting beyond the receptionists or call center is difficult. For example, if you want a call back from your doctor or his/her aide, good luck. They ALWAYS say: "Someone will call you back today" and that NEVER happens. In fact, you may be waiting several days. So. you have to call back and go through it again...and again. If you want a referral to a specialist, it's the same thing. A referral should only take a couple days...not 2... read more
Good luck getting a hold of anyone if you need to talk to your doctor! I'm on day THREE trying to connect with my doctor's team. The first day, I gave a detailed explanation to the receptionist and she said she'd pass on the info and I'd get a call back. Second day: I got a call back from the Care Team and went through the same thing as the previous day. She put me on hold for at least 15 minutes. I gave up and hung up.
