I had my first appointment with Dr. Gonzalez and I was very pleased with the experience. The office staff was very professional and I was seen by the Dr. Gonzalez at my appointment time (unlike other doctor's offices where you have to wait for hours). Dr. Gonzalez was very professional, thorough with my exam and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez.
Very knowledgeable and informative
Never did have an appointment with doctor I waited three months then had it cancelled because of emergency now after waiting another three months the appointment was canceled again. This doctor is so unreliable I am glad I never got her for a doctor the way I was treated. I would never recommend this doctor as it seems she doesn’t care about having a new patient.
Appointments are a joke. You have to wait 60-90 minutes to be called. We waited over an hour for an 8:00am appointment with a waiting room full of patients (10 to be exact) and the doctor did not show up; had to reschedule.According to the staff, it is “normal” there to wait 60-90 minutes to see the doctor. Find someone else to see that will respect your time. Staff doesn’t care about you. After waiting for 3 weeks, Lila just canceled my appointment.

45 minutes late, no apology, awful
I had a total right hip replacement surgery and she saw me for my asthma. She was GREAT and was very explicative on everything. I strongly recommend her!
Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent DR. treats her patient with care and it,s always available and her staff is GREAT
This provider is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate, non-caring, thoughtless persons out there. She also has one of the worst personalities.... does not know how to deal with patients.... gives up on you too easily. In her mind, you are just another number. Too bad! Oh and the serious face she puts does not help her at all.... it only makes her look worse! One star is too many for her but had to so that I can share my experience with people. There are much better Doctors out there!
