This agency and woman have put my parents through the ringer. Not only did she list their home as a drug house - which it is not - she also listed it as a bug and rodent infested home. Lastly, she encouraged them to take an offer hundreds of thousands less than asking. She told my parents that they won't be able to get more than that offer. This woman does not have their best interest in mind and is not an agent that you should choose when finding a realtor.
Brenda was professional and did an outstanding job in helping us sell our house for a great price. Not only that, but she helped us do so in a relatively short period of time. I would definitely recommend Brenda to others who are trying to sell their houses as well.
