Brenda made me feel more comfortable about having this procedure. Maybe its not gonna be as bad as I anticipate. Brenda is a very nice person. I do think its a bummer to not meet Dr Davis till the day of the procedure.
Ms Baker, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about my problem & was able able to diagnose & treat my problem. She advised me about having a procedure done to help find the main problem & then to also get a Colonoscopy done to confirm there is no colon cancer. She makes you feel comfortable & at ease. She leaves you feeling better than before you walked into her office.

First time having surgery at GCRMC. Brenda Baker and the Staff and Rose the receptionist were the best ever!! Thank You All. Made me feel like family each visit. They cared. Thank you Brenda, going to miss seeing you.
My wait was over an hour due to being temporarily understaffed. The office personnel were excellent about keeping me informed of the delay. Good customer service.

From day 1 when I walked into the office everyone is smiling and happy. All the staff have talked to me like we have known each other for years with a happy go lucky attitude. I love that about this office because let's be honest we aren't there for just a regular check up we are there because we need surgery and that's no fun. So to have people working there that smile, laugh and just over all make your visit better that more than anything else makes this the best place to go!
