Brenda did an excellent job finding my daughter and her husband a place to live. She is outgoing and very easy to work with. She understood that I was concerned about them being in a safe area and she dedicated herself to provide that for them. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the business and she goes above and beyond to assist in any way she can. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to work with a professional realtor. You won't find anyone more dedicated to finding you a home you love

As a property manager for a rental that I lived in for nearly 5 years as a loyal and trustworthy tenant, I can confidently say, Brenda is a fraud and scammer. She has proven to only care about those that she’s making a direct profit from- home buyers. As for a tenants, my experience was very poor. She submitted fraudulent paperwork upon our move out citing cleaning services which were invoiced well before our move out date, so there is no substantial evidence of services needing to be rendered. I cannot overstate the genuine kindness and compassion Brenda approached my out of state relative’s home search with. She listened to their needs, helped them understand how to get mortgage ready, and allowed me to be the eyes and ears for my out of state relative for showings.
