As a property manager for a rental that I lived in for nearly 5 years as a loyal and trustworthy tenant, I can confidently say, Brenda is a fraud and scammer. She has proven to only care about those that she’s making a direct profit from- home buyers. As for a tenants, my experience was very poor. She submitted fraudulent paperwork upon our move out citing cleaning services which were invoiced well before our move out date, so there is no substantial evidence of services needing to be rendered. We knew buying a house was going to be hard, then we watched all of our expectation fall apart as Mrs. Armitage made it a overall great experience. We are currently closing on what we consider an amazing home and truly could not have done it without her. Not only did she go through so much to help us find it, but gave amazing advice and guided us through all of it. Brenda did an excellent job finding my daughter and her husband a place to live. She is outgoing and very easy to work with. She understood that I was concerned about them being in a safe area and she dedicated herself to provide that for them. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the business and she goes above and beyond to assist in any way she can. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to work with a professional realtor. You won't find anyone more dedicated to finding you a home you love

Brenda is an amazing agent. We were first time home buyers. The knowledge we gained through working with Brenda was incredible. She is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads and has a vast understanding of all the neighborhoods.
