She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Brenda helped me navigate through my first rental and made becoming a landlord less stressful! She helped me find a resource for professional pictures and had my property listed and secured a tenant in less than a week.
