Two young men, Pete & Kyle, worked tirelessly for 5 hours cleaning my home windows, inside and out, on this hot and humid day. Professional and polite. Definitely a huge thumbs up.
Two times a year, the nice folks from BM come to my house to wash my windows and sills inside & out. They accomplish in 1-2 hours what would take me all day. Windows are clean. My house gets returned back to order. Just a great company with excellent service & expertise. Today I had Pete & Chase at my house. Great guys! Thank you BM.
Beware of the quote versus the actual charge! Was quoted in an email $442 to clean my gutters and charged $530. When I questioned, they said there was a 20% increase and offered a $10 refund. Unacceptable! I was finally charged what was quoted. Never threatened not to pay and had to call two days later about the credit not showing. I shouldn’t had to spend so much time making calls.
Estimate was done in a few days, price was reasonable, and the gutter cleaning was done in a timely manor. Will be using again! 10/10
